Yeah, I know what you're thinking because it's *just* parchment paper. But honestly it's terrific. I really like using this stuff. I am in the habit of using it almost every time I bake anything. It's a good value and performs very well.

Best parchment ever!

I do a lot of roasting & baking & this is the best parchment I have found. It rips well, never sticks & is slightly thicker. Plus I love that it's unbleached.
